This plan is only available to Yadkin Valley RESIDENTIAL customers subscribing to Yadkin Valley Long Distance. The ConnectPlus Unlimited plan is for typical domestic residential voice usage only. If usage under this plan is not consistent with typical Residential Customer usage, at the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may offer the Customer an alternative plan or suspend, restrict or cancel Customer’s service without prior notice. Calls that are not consistent with typical residential voice use include but are not limited to: use for general business purposes, commercial facsimile, auto-dialing, resale, call centers and telemarketing, and calls to a long distance Internet service provider. Unlimited plan usage does not include multi-party conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator service, International calling and toll free calling services and such calls are subject to additional charges. Pricing is per line. Prices are subject to change. Basic local telephone service may not be disconnected for failure to pay non-regulated services. Connection fees, activation fees, installation charges may apply. Credit approval is required for long distance service. Some services may require a deposit based on credit rating.
