Changes to the Internet Service Agreement for Dial-Up Service and the Internet Service Agreement for Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Service are effective February 5, 2002. The third paragraph in each agreement was modified to better describe Yadkin Valley's responsibilities regarding the provision of service.
