Our goal is to repair any
out of service Troubles by 9:00 PM the same day they are reported
on any regular work day (Monday-Saturday). Any Trouble reported after
3:00 PM will be repaired by 12:00 noon on the following regular work-day
(Monday-Saturday).
Note: if after 3:00 PM on Saturday your service will be repaired by
12:00 noon on Monday.
Your help in meeting our goal is greatly appreciated. If you experience
telephone problems, please check the equipment inside your home by
unplugging each telephone set individually. Please check your cordless
phone, answering machine or any other telephone equipment that is
plugged into an electrical outlet before calling repair. This could
save an unnecessary $65.00 trip charge.
Yadkin Valley Telephone offers you the option to maintain your own
inside wiring and/or equipment. Yadkin Valley Telephone offers our
Inside Wiring Maintenance plan for only $3.00 per month. If you also
lease a telephone from us, you never have to worry about telephone
repair bills. |
